IPA SECTION DENMARK 

50 YEARS ANNIVERSARY 

Programme for the festivities from Wednesday September the 19^th to Sunday September the 23^th 2012  (you can also choose to participate the days from Friday to Sunday): 

Wednesday the 19^th of September 2012: 

• Arrival at Copenhagen Airport or Main Central Station. 
• Transportation to hotel Konventum in Elsinore. 
• In the evening transport to Elsinore. Dining at a ferry, sailing between Elsinore and Helsingborg (Sweden).  
• Transportation back to the hotel.    

Thursday the 20^th of September: 

• Breakfast.  
• Transportation to Copenhagen by bus. Sightseeing in the bus, and after that a boat trip in Copenhagen Harbour.  
• Lunch in the center of Copenhagen.  
• In the afternoon 4 hours on your own in the old amusement park Tivoli right in the center of Copenhagen.  
• Dinner at the restaurant Rio Bravo. 
• Transportation back to the hotel.  

Friday the 21^st of September: 

• Breakfast.  
• Transportation by bus to the Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde.  
• At noon transportation to Fredensborg for a short look at the Royal Castle and after that lunch at an Italian Restaurant in Fredensborg.  
• Transportation to the very beautiful and interesting Castle Kronborg, where there is a guided tour.  
• At 5 pm, when the castle closes for the public, the IPA Denmark will have their reception at the castle with some entertainment. Dress code: possibility for wearing a uniform. 
• Transportation back to our hotel, where we will have a fine buffet.  
• Music and dance later.  

Saturday the 22^nd of September: 

• Breakfast.  
• The delegates are having a meeting at hotel Konventum.  
• All our guests travel by bus to Copenhagen, where you can have a couple of hours on your own or take a boat trip (some Danish guests arrive on Friday).  
• Lunch in the center of Copenhagen. 
• At 1 pm the busses drive to the famous museum of Art Louisiana in Humlebaek. 
• At 4 pm transportation back to the hotel. 
• At 4.30 pm coffee and cookies for both delegates and guests.  
• In the evening gala dinner with entertainment, music and dance. Dress code: Gala. 

Sunday the 23^rdof September: 

• After breakfast we say farewell.  
• Transportation to the airport or Main Central Station in Copenhagen.  

Prices:

Guests in double rooms:                     4600 DKr.                         2600 DKr. 

Guests in single rooms:                       5600 DKr.                         3100 DKr.

Included in the prices are the stay at the hotel, the transportation, the entrees and all meals. 

The price for ”Friday to Sunday” includes the guided tour and the reception at Kronborg and the following programme for the rest of the week.
